Description
The Castle is  situated on  the main road passing through Willenhall and has a prominent location opposite a  busy supermarket. Willenhall is a town just off the M6 at Junction 10, between Walsall and Wolverhampton, it has a population of around 28,000 and is classed as part of the Black Country. Willenhall is a working-class area and the pub has historically been well supported by Wolves supporters who use it as a meeting point both before and after games (home and away). The away supporters use this as the meeting place prior to games with coaches picking them up from the car park opposite the pub.

Pub Layout

The pub has two key trading areas. A small cosy bar  with fixed seating around the outside of the bar which provides a good drinking and locals area. The second area is the lounge which currently houses a pool table, this is well used but a new operator may consider removing the pool table and putting more seating in this area.  There is a court-yard area to the rear of the pub which is used as a smoking area which leads into a small beer garden, which with some TLC could be a real sell for this pub in the summer. The pub has recently undergone an external refurbishment.
