Description
The Cherry Tree is situated in the Cinque Port town of Brightlingsea in Essex. It's on the River Colne and close to the coast with a famous sailing club and one of the UK's few surviving Lido's. This is a smart town with abundance  of history  including one of UK's oldest surviving wooden structures in its centre Jacob's Hall. Also in the town centre is Victoria Place, where many local businesses are based. With a population of around 8,500 which is  boosted by tourists from nearby Colchester and further afield to London.

Pub Layout

The outside of the pub was refurbished around 4 years ago and all areas are in good condition. The pub has a car park  with 10  spaces and external seating to the front and back, the latter on a decking area.

Inside there are 2 separate trading areas. A restaurant with a small bar server (that connects to the main bar) and there is a main drinking bar with a pool table and darts. There are a set of toilets in between both which are also in good condition. The trade kitchen was refurbished more recently and can deal with an array of menu options with up to 30 covers.
