Clock, £ 10,250, Tenancy

£ 10,250
The Clock is located in Balsall Heath, approximately three miles from Birmingham city centre. The building is a detached site situated on a corner plot, surrounded by a park and is especially well presented both internally and externally and has been very well maintained. The area has a large population approximately 15,000. Balsall Heath was agricultural land between Moseley village and the city of Birmingham until the 1850's when expansion along Moseley Road joined the two.

Pub layout

The pub has a "locals" bar which is regularly used. It is very well presented and has it's own corner bar. Adjoining this is a large function room which during the day houses a pool table but at night can be used as a function room holding up to 70 people this room also includes a disco booth. The ladies and gents toilets are situated just off this room. The courtyard/smoking area is accessed from the function room, this is of good size and very attractive area. A small snug area is accessible from the main bar and provides a cosy warm ambience. There is plenty of off-street parking on the road outside of the pub, but it is worth noting customers generally walk to the pub as it is located in a well populated area.
