There are plans to refurbish the pub to offer up to 6 letting rooms (the full plans and design are to be confirmed) and there may also be a potential function room upstairs too. The Catering kitchen is to be upgraded and there will be an external decoration and toilet upgrades. Internal bar and lounge will be decorated. There may be potential to add outdoor space using the parking area.

About the local area
Dunblane is a small and welcoming town just a short drive from Stirling and great commuter base for both Glasgow and Edinburgh, with some beautiful older housing and affluent residents. The town is easy to access from the A9 which heads to the North/South of Scotland. It has some great history with a cathedral and museum in the Dean’s house and also some lovely walks making it a short getaway destination for tourists from further afield.
