We are offering extremely reasonable and flexible rental terms, starting from a low base of just £500 per month (including insurance rent initially). This will rise in line with turnover as the business is allowed to grow as and when trading restrictions are lifted. The maximum proposed rent of £1,250 per month (plus insurance rent, currently £133 per month) will only be payable once the historic average turnover of £170,000 pa has been achieved.

The lease is fully repairing and insuring. The insurance rent covers the buildings only. The pub will be available for immediate occupation from 7 June 2020.
We will require a £3,000 incoming bond/deposit.
