Rose and Crown

This Taphouse sits in the heart of Biddulph Moor, a community spirited village on the edge of the peak district within the Staffordshire Moorlands, an outstanding area of the English countryside. Built from stone at the turn of the century this Tap is much the same now as it was then.

The Taphouse has a front bar paved with beautiful quarry tiles and surrounded by leather bench seating and a comfortable and cosy lounge area next door complete with log burner, brewing memorabilia and Joule’s memorabilia. Outside is a small but perfectly formed beer patio and shelter, a great spot to enjoy a pint in the fresh air of the Moors. The Brewery are looking to invest in the outdoor area to create an amazing experience, for inspiration on the project – take a look at our work at the Miners Rest, Chasetown.
The Rose & Crown is well known for its warm welcome, cask beers, live music, quiz nights, and local involvement in community events.
